Every order with Travel With Barny is the beginning of a new story — yours. Whether you’re receiving a digital travel guide or a physical print, our goal is to ensure a smooth, transparent, and inspiring delivery experience from start to finish.

1. Overview

This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the delivery of both digital and physical products offered through our website, travelwithbarny.com. It applies to all customers, worldwide.

2. Digital Products

Most Travel With Barny products are delivered digitally. This includes our curated travel guides, printable posters, AI-generated itineraries, and exclusive PDF downloads.

  • Your digital product will be available for instant download immediately after your payment has been processed.
  • You will receive a confirmation email containing a secure download link.
  • If you created an account, your purchases can also be accessed from your customer dashboard anytime.

Delivery is instant — no waiting, no shipping fees. However, email filters or incorrect addresses may sometimes delay receipt. If your email confirmation does not arrive within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

3. File Format & Access

Our guides are delivered in high-quality PDF format (A4 size, ready for printing). They can be viewed on any device — computer, tablet, or smartphone. We recommend opening them with Adobe Acrobat Reader or a similar PDF viewer for best results.

Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing their files. Download links remain active for at least 30 days after purchase.

4. Physical Products

From time to time, we release exclusive Travel With Barny Prints — premium posters, maps, and collectible travel art. These items are printed on museum-grade materials and shipped globally.

Each product is carefully inspected, packed with protective layers, and shipped using trusted delivery partners.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days.
  • Europe: 5–10 business days.
  • North America: 7–15 business days.
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey — from our hands to yours.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Digital products always ship free of charge. We sometimes offer promotions or free worldwide shipping for special collections — these will be clearly displayed on our homepage or product pages.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by your local authorities. These additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees or their timing.

We always ensure all required customs paperwork is properly filled out to minimize delays. Most small art prints and posters ship without extra charges in Europe and North America.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If you realize you made an error, contact us as soon as possible — if your package hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll gladly update your address free of charge.

8. Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

We do everything in our power to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. However, shipping delays can occasionally happen due to carrier issues, customs, or global disruptions.

If your order appears delayed for more than 20 business days, please reach out to us. We’ll help track your parcel and contact the courier directly on your behalf.

In the rare case that your parcel arrives damaged, please email photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.
