Every Travel With Barny product — whether it’s a guide, a printable, or a personalized experience — is crafted with heart and authenticity. We pour our time, creativity, and travel knowledge into everything we make. That’s why we want every customer to feel confident, respected, and satisfied when shopping with us.
1. Digital Products
Since our digital products are instantly delivered via email or download link, they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. Once your order is completed and files have been accessed, all digital sales are final.
However, we stand behind our quality. If you encounter a problem — such as missing files, corrupted downloads, or access issues — simply contact us and we’ll make sure you receive your product correctly or arrange a suitable solution.
We may, at our discretion, issue a refund for digital items in exceptional cases where technical or payment issues occurred on our side. Your satisfaction matters more than the transaction itself.
2. Physical Items
From time to time, Travel With Barny may offer physical products such as premium prints, posters, or travel-inspired accessories. We accept returns or exchanges for these items under fair and reasonable conditions.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be granted under the following conditions:
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
- The product was not delivered due to a technical issue on our end.
- The product you received was defective or significantly different from its description.
- You accidentally purchased the wrong digital item and haven’t downloaded it yet — we can exchange it for the correct one.
Please note: once a digital file is downloaded, it’s considered “used” and non-refundable, unless the issue lies with us.
4. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at hello@travelwithbarny.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include:
- Your order number.
- The email address used for purchase.
- A short description of the issue (for example: wrong file, corrupted download, duplicate charge, etc.).
Once we receive your request, our team will respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
We don’t offer direct product exchanges for digital items, but if you purchased the wrong version or destination guide by mistake, we’ll happily help you swap it for the correct one — at no additional cost.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your physical product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund depending on your preference.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after digital download.
- Delays in email delivery due to spam filters or incorrect email address.
- Damage caused by incorrect printing or user modification of digital files.
We kindly ask customers to review their order carefully before confirming payment to avoid such issues.
